Shipment Policy

At Filip Group, we prioritize the freshness and timely delivery of all orders, especially for perishable products. We offer flexible shipping options to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition.

How We Ensure Fresh Delivery for Perishables:

  1. Same-Day Dispatch for Perishables:
    Orders placed by 3:00 PM (EST) will be dispatched the same day for next-business-morning or afternoon delivery.
  2. Next-Day Dispatch for Afternoon Orders:
    Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will ship the following business day, with delivery available in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
  3. Extended Shelf Life Items (Non-Perishables):
    Non-perishable products are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM (EST). For orders placed after this time, they will be shipped the next business day. Expect 1-5 business days for ground shipping.

How to Guarantee the Best Delivery Timing for Your Order:

To ensure your order arrives at the most convenient time, please review the available shipping options at checkout. For fresh or perishable items, we always recommend selecting the earliest available delivery option for optimal freshness.

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee that you will receive fresh, high-quality products. After delivery, please inspect the items. If you are not satisfied with anything, you may return any product.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Partial Damage or Use: If the item has been partially damaged or used, no credit or refund will be issued.
  • Packaging: Returns are only valid if the products are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including the Styrofoam box and ice pack.
  • Fresh Truffles & Frozen Foods: These items must be returned via next-day delivery.

Timeframe for Returns:

  • All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

How to Return:

  1. Request for Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@filip-group.com
  2. Approval Process: We will only ship a replacement product or issue a credit after acceptance and approval of your return request. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Restocking Fee:

  • If you choose to return an unopened and unused item for a credit, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product, and will be deducted from your return.
